Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, managing complaints, and ensuring that every customer receives a positive and professional service experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information regarding delivery services, parcel tracking, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Maintain customer records and log all interactions in the system (FLOWHCM/CRM).
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Support in gathering customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Intermediate with strong communication skills.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or telecom.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and customer service software (CRM/ERP).

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Monday to Saturday 9AM-6PM

Location: Near Mohata Palace, IB Office Street - Old Clifton Block 5, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
