We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and WhatsApp. The role also includes researching skincare trends and content ideas to keep our brand engaging and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and comments on Meta and WhatsApp.
  • Provide product information, skincare advice, and after-sales support.
  • Handle feedback and complaints with professionalism.
  • Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions on social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign and customer insights.
  • Research skincare trends, viral ingredients, and competitor content.

Requirements:

  • Fresh or up to 6 months of experience in customer service or social media handling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Urdu.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Business.
  • Keen interest in skincare and beauty trends.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
