Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Answer calls quickly and professionally.
Direct calls to the correct person or department.
Provide helpful information about the company, like business and services.
Cross verifying and maintaining the reports on a daily basis
Make sure all call information is correctly entered into our system (CRM).
Ensure timely callbacks to clients.
Report any equipment problems right away.
Train new team members on how to handle phone calls.
Maintain a professional atmosphere in the department.
Escalate complaints or concerns to higher authorities when required
Give accurate and basic information to clients.
Enter client details into the system correctly.
Help with other tasks as needed by the company.
Required Skills:
