Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Spectrum Outbound

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Outbound Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of the Spectrum brand, proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote Spectrum's valuable suite of services, including high-speed internet, cable TV, and mobile phone packages. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned CSR who excels in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys the thrill of closing a deal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from a provided lead list.
• Effectively present, promote, and sell Spectrum products and services based on customer needs.
• Clearly explain service features, benefits, and competitive pricing structures.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle customer questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Accurately document and process customer orders and information in the company's CRM system.
• Maintain a deep understanding of all Spectrum promotions and service updates.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and promotes brand loyalty.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an outbound call center environment, with a strong preference for experience in sales, customer retention, or upgrades.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Persuasive closing skills and the ability to confidently handle objections.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with Spectrum or telecommunications services is a significant plus!
