Job Description

CreditCare Credit Management LLC is looking for a Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• 3 years experience in Sales
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Must be currently in the UAE
