Job Description:
Turn Up Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of web development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with international clients via Upwork chat, calls, and emails.
- Write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals with strong communication impact.
- Understand client needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to all client inquiries.
- Build trust and long-term relationships through strong verbal and written communication.
- Coordinate client requirements with internal technical teams.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain a professional tone throughout the sales cycle.
- Handle customer support queries before and after project confirmation.
Requirement:
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) – MUST
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Customer Support Representative.
- Strong proposal writing and client negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain services clearly to non-technical clients.
- Professional attitude, confidence, and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Experience dealing with international clients.
- Background in IT services, Web Development and Design niche or software companies.
Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
