Customer Service Representative (Female preferred)

Job Description:

Turn Up Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of web development services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with international clients via Upwork chat, calls, and emails.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals with strong communication impact.
  • Understand client needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to all client inquiries.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through strong verbal and written communication.
  • Coordinate client requirements with internal technical teams.
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain a professional tone throughout the sales cycle.
  • Handle customer support queries before and after project confirmation.

Requirement:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) – MUST
  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Customer Support Representative.
  • Strong proposal writing and client negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain services clearly to non-technical clients.
  • Professional attitude, confidence, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Experience dealing with international clients.
  • Background in IT services, Web Development and Design niche or software companies.

Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
