Customer Service Representative - Human Resource Domain

Ibex , on behalf of one of its international clients, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Representative – Human Resources Domain. The selected individual must be comfortable working in a night shift (onsite). This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a global organization and further develop your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Job Summary


We are looking for a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, efficiently resolving HR-related issues, and providing tailored product and service recommendations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Actively listen and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a courteous and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Provide and receive feedback to support continuous service improvement.
  • Recommend products and services aligned with customer needs.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international clients.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including typing, email, and business software tools.
  • Strong adaptability to changing situations and priorities.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Willingness and ability to work a night shift (onsite).
