Customer Service Representative (Internship)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Intern at ZPayso, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve their queries and providing accurate information with professionalism and empathy. This opportunity is designed forfreshgraduates or individuals with no prior work experience, aiming to start their career in a fast-growing fintech company. This is a paid internship leading to a full-time job, based on your performance and learning progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat with general inquiries or service-related questions.
• Provide correct and clear information about ZPayso’s services and processes.
• Help resolve basic customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and improve communication skills.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Learn to use customer support software tools and internal systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (any discipline).
• No prior experience required – Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Polite, patient, and confident personality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer support role.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
