Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide information about products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Meet performance targets and KPIs set by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply (0–1 year of experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a customer support role
