Job Title: Service Scheduler / Dispatcher – Pool Service Company
Location: Tucson, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Day Shift

Job Overview:
Busy residential pool service company seeking a Service Scheduler / Dispatcher to manage incoming customer calls and schedule repair appointments for two pool equipment technicians. This role is ideal for someone with customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or service coordination experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments
  • Dispatch and coordinate daily schedules for repair technicians
  • Communicate service times and updates with customers
  • Enter work orders and customer information into scheduling software
  • Track inventory needed for service calls
  • Provide general office and administrative support

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination a plus
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | Daytime hours | No weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
