Customer Service Specialist

Position: Customer Service Specialist

Domain: Social Media

Salary: 37K + Performance Base Incentive

Location: Lahore

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via Social Media / Email in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide personalized customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Escalate issues to supervisor when necessary
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and chat processes

Requirements:

  • Graduation and Proven experience as a Social Media Agent or in a similar customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs37,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
