Customer Service Specialist

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a proactive and ambitious Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to drive outbound calls and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients across different industries to introduce Web Digital Sphere’s services.
• Convert leads into qualified prospects through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable digital solutions.
• Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client information and call records.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development Manager with interested clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on calls, leads, and achieved targets to management.
• Uphold the company’s reputation by ensuring professionalism in every client interaction.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, or outbound calling (preferably in digital services).
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and convert leads into opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.
• Must be available for morning shifts.
