Salary: PKR 37,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Social Media & Email
• Deliver personalized and empathetic customer service
• Understand customer needs and offer effective solutions
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors as needed
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Share feedback to enhance customer experience and internal processes

Requirements:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree)
• Experience in social media-based customer service is a plus
• Excellent English writing & communication skills
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with creative thinking
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
• Familiar with CRM tools and live chat software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs37,000.00 per month
