Customer Service/Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, confident, and patient-focused Customer Service/Receptionist to join our premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate is articulate, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience in a luxury healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding treatments, services, pricing, and clinic policies
• Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and client re-engagement
• Professionally promote current services, treatment packages, and limited-time offers
• Accurately update and maintain patient records within the CRM system
• Coordinate closely with front desk staff, nurses, and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and detailed call documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience

(Healthcare or medical aesthetics experience is a strong advantage)

• Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Friendly, empathetic, and patient-centered communication style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Professional phone etiquette and sales confidence
