Customer Services Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our team in the BPO industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting the best talent to meet our clients' organization's staffing needs. Your expertise in recruitment will be instrumental in helping us build a highly competent and motivated team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing or screening resumes in bulk quantity from the job portal database on a daily basis
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Facilitate the interview process, coordinate interview schedules, and provide feedback to candidates.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and outsourcing agreements.
• Cold calling to candidates for the hiring process

Requirements:

• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a customer service role preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• (1PM – 10PM=PST) OR (09AM-06PM=UK) Summers
• (2PM – 11PM=PST) OR (09AM-06PM=UK) Winters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
