As a Customer Success Associate
you’ll be a part of our Customer Success team, helping organizations get the most out of Easygenerator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers feel supported and empowered from day one — guiding them through their onboarding journey, building strong relationships, and contributing to their long-term success with our tool.
What You’ll Do

Proactively engage customers to maximize adoption and value realization, supporting the Customer Success team in achieving renewals and expansion goals.

Deliver impactful onboarding sessions, product trainings, and webinars that inspire confidence and promote product utilization.

Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to track customer health, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure customers reach key success milestones.

Continuously improve and scale our onboarding experience to enhance customer satisfaction and business impact.

Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable insights to help shape product development and customer strategy.
What You Bring

Excellent command of English language.

Bachelor degree or higher.

0-1 years of relevant working experience.
