Customer Success Executive

Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Hourly Rate – PKR 16,000
Monthly Salary: PKR 150,000 – 180,000 (based on experience)
Additional Benefits: Performance-based commissions in USD

Position Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to strengthen client relationships, streamline onboarding processes, and support sales operations. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic, international setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients.
  • Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed communication records and client data within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (graduates preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Client Relations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and B2B client communications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in SaaS or CRM-based roles.
  • Familiarity with U.S. or Canadian client interactions.
  • Proven professional communication skills via phone and email.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
