Customer Success Executive

Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: PKR 16,000
  • Monthly Salary: Up to PKR 150,000 (based on experience)
  • Additional performance-based commission (paid in USD)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to strengthen relationships with our U.S.-based clients, ensure smooth onboarding, and support sales operations. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with U.S. clients.
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, and CRM tools to engage potential customers.
  • Schedule and lead meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Manage onboarding processes and promptly resolve client queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication logs within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience, satisfaction, and retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (graduates preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Client Relations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and B2B communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or CRM-based environments.
  • Prior experience with U.S. or Canadian clients.
  • Professional email and phone communication etiquette.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
