Position: Customer Success Executive

Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: PKR 16,000
  • Monthly Salary: PKR 150,000 – 180,000 (based on experience)
  • Incentives: Performance-based commissions paid in USD

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, oversee onboarding, and support sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM systems.
  • Schedule and manage meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure prompt resolution of issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and success.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Practical experience working with CRM tools and B2B clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in SaaS or CRM-related roles.
  • Familiarity with U.S. or Canadian markets.
  • Confident and professional email and phone communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
