Customer Success Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients, guiding them through our VoIP platform and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including technical support, sales, and operations—to resolve client issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advocating on their behalf.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure customer issues are addressed and resolve any technical challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
• Must be able to work during US time zone hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT).
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
