We are looking for Customer Success Executives who are quick thinkers and possess excellent English communication skills. This is a high-IQ, non-scripted role—no cold calling and no sales pressure.

Competitive Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (Base) + PKR 10,000 – 15,000 (Performance Incentives).

Role Requirements

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (must be able to coordinate effectively with US-based customers and drivers).
Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex logistical queries on your feet.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Support OR Freshers with exceptional English proficiency.
Shift: Monday to Saturday | 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Fixed Evening Shift).
