We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to drive our expansion across the U.S.
In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with auto dealerships, demonstrating the value of the VETTX platform, growing current partnerships, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within dealerships and work closely with buyers to get strong results on the VETTX platform.
User Coaching: Routinely engage with buyers to ensure implementation of best practices and maximize results on the VETTX platform.
Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations, and discuss and implement best practices with customers.
Account Management: Maintain an organized customer database, ensure timely follow-up and routine meetings are conducted, and coach accounts as needed.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly retention and expansion goals, contributing to the company's growth and overall customer satisfaction.
A minimum of 5 years of customer success experience, preferably in automotive or enterprise software.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer success activities.
On-Target Earnings: $130K/year (Salary + Commission).
