Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Specialist at Dafater, you will be the linchpin in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients, including system setup, data migration, and comprehensive product training. This role is pivotal in helping customers quickly adapt to the company's ERP solutions, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to fully utilize the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including client account activation, data entry, and initial configuration of ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist clients in migrating their data to the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their business needs.
  • Work with the Customization Specialist to identify and address any system customization needs during onboarding.
  • Conduct product training for clients, offering in-depth training sessions, both remotely and on-site, to ensure clients are fully equipped to use the system effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients post-training to continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Monitor client usage and proactively reach out to address any potential issues, providing solutions and best practices to optimize their experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback and collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements and innovations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure timely renewals by demonstrating the ongoing value of our solutions.
  • Track and report on key success metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a tech or ERP-related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals and their application in ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or similar software solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively train and engage clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet when addressing client concerns.
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
