Job Description:

  • Complaint Management/ Open SR/Monitoring daily customer complaints
  • Open SR, MaxTTR, CDI, CSP execution Attending Critical product failures/customers/sites
  • Qualitative technical product inputs to HO
  • Monthly Report on failures with analysis, Flash Reports for every critical failure CSP execution-On time & 90% Due Vs Done
  • Customer training and Meet Local level GOEM & OEM interaction
  • Local level meeting- GOEM/OEM/Vendor Activity: Thanksgiving – Customer & Employee Warranty & CSP claim settlement
  • Warranty and CSP Claim Settlement Ratio Manpower Training & Development (KOEL & OJT)
  • Avl Trained Manpower Customer & Operator Training
  • Handling customer complaints and maintain service KPIs of the territory .
  • Identification of training needs of SE of SDs and deputing them timely for training,
  • Take care of service penetration activity in the zone.
  • Timely feedback to RRT on critical failures and submit PIR on time
