Job description

We are hiring Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. The role involves providing technical support and handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and calls.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and provide solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of service knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using computer and softwares.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in shifts (if required).

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care: 0-1 year

Working hours:

  • UK/Ireland Calendar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
