  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, and/or email in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Maintain clear and polite communication with customers at all times
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
  • Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
  • Meet performance and quality standards set by the company
  • Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, MS Office, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Prior CSR / call center experience is a plus (but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • CSR: 2 years (Preferred)
