Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with prior experience in handling U.S.-based customers via email and phone. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can provide excellent customer service, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain a positive brand image.

This is a night shift, on-site role based in Wapda Town, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via email and phone
  • Handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
  • Meet response time and service quality targets consistently

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support for U.S.-based clients (email & phone) — required
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills (neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, or call center tools is a plus
  • Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team
