We are seeking a motivated and creative Customer Support Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, managing promotions, coordinating with clients, and assisting in both digital and offline marketing activities to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Salary Offered-Upto 15k

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and manage social media posts and digital marketing content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams for lead generation.
• Support in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and emails.
• Monitor and report campaign performance and marketing metrics.
• Maintain and update customer databases and marketing reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Canva knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
