Customer Support & CRM Executive (B2B / International Operations)

About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Support & CRM Executive to manage international B2B customer inquiries, maintain CRM records, support quotation processes, and coordinate between our Pakistan digital operations team and UAE commercial office.

This role involves structured training during the first month before full operational responsibility is assigned.

Important: This is NOT a call center position. Strong written English and professional communication skills are mandatory.

Reporting Line

You will report to:

• Operations Lead / SEO Lead (Pakistan Office)
• Commercial Coordinator (UAE – Pricing & Approvals)

Key ResponsibilitiesMonth 1 – Training Phase

• Learn CRM system and lead tagging protocols
• Understand customer segmentation (New / Non-active / Existing)
• Study pricing logic and approval workflow
• Shadow quotation preparation process
• Learn industrial PPE & workwear product portfolio
• Understand coordination process with UAE commercial team

Post-Training Responsibilities

• Handle inbound B2B inquiries (Email, WhatsApp, Website, LinkedIn)
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Prepare quotations based on approved pricing structure
• Conduct quotation follow-ups professionally
• Coordinate with logistics and UAE commercial team
• Generate weekly operational reports
• Maintain structured documentation of communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field)
• 1–3 years experience in Customer Support / Sales Support / CRM / E-commerce
• Strong written English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo preferred)
• Comfortable handling international customers
