CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Location: On-site (DHA Phase 6, Karachi)

Role Overview: AMD Perfumes is seeking a highly articulate, poised, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. We are looking for an individual who possesses an exceptional command of the English language and demonstrates the ability to manage client interactions with sophistication and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Omnichannel Communication: Orchestrate seamless customer interactions across multiple channels, including Voice Calls, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media platforms.
  • Client Resolution: Deftly navigate complex inquiries and resolve complaints with a diplomatic, solution-oriented approach to ensure high-end customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal Logistics, Operations, and Marketing departments to streamline order fulfillment and issue resolution.
  • Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of customer profiles, feedback, and order history.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Gender: Female Candidates Only.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in English (Verbal & Written) with a polished accent and professional vocabulary.
  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and email etiquette is required.
  • Professional Demeanor: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Experience: Prior experience in E-commerce or Customer Support is highly advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
