This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting ERP implementations, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring clients get the most out of our software.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver Expert ERP Support:

Assist clients with software implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving client issues and ensuring smooth ERP operations.

  • Provide Comprehensive Software Training:

Conduct engaging training sessions—both one-on-one and in groups—to help clients understand and maximize their use of our ERP solutions.

  • Collaborate with Development Teams:

Work closely with our development team to identify software issues, suggest improvements, and ensure that enhancements meet customer needs and expectations.

  • Document and Track Issues:

Utilize our JIRA ticketing system to log client inquiries, monitor progress, and ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve:

Keep your knowledge up to date on ERP product features, industry trends, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge support to clients.

  • Assist with Software Testing:

Help test new software updates and releases to ensure they’re fully aligned with customer requirements before deployment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in ERP software support, implementation, or a similar role with a solid understanding of ERP systems and basic accounting principles.

  • Strong Communication Skills:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible way is essential.

  • Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with business operations, along with troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Customer-Focused Approach:

Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team Player:

Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to collaborate well within a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
