Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Sales Department)
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM-3:00 AM)
Office Location: Block 13, Gulistan e Johar, Karachi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a strong ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and polite communication
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Proactively contact clients to present and promote company services.
- Achieve monthly shipment targets while consistently meeting daily KPIs
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
- Prior customer support or call center experience is a plus
