Job title : Customer Support Representative

Location : VKI, Jaipur

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support across WhatsApp, phone, email, SMS, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver quick, empathetic, and effective support

* Resolve technical/non-technical issues and manage CRM entries

* Coordinate with service engineers for installations/repairs

* Handle documentation and ensure digital filing

* Conduct follow-ups and track customer satisfaction

* Ensure SLAs are met and escalate when needed

* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Logistics, R\&D)

* Generate reports using Excel and track support trends

* Assist in onboarding new customers

**Requirements:**

* 1+ year of customer service experience

* Strong communication and multitasking skills

* Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel

* Fluent in English
