Customer Support Executive for Outlet Building Material (Sanitary / Tiles / Ceramics)

Job Responsibilities:

◾ Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations
◾ Promote sanitary ware, tiles, and building material-related products.
◾ Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers effectively
◾ Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately
◾ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and ongoing promotions
◾ Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the outlet to enhance customer experience
◾ Handle customer queries professionally
◾ Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of orders
◾ Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers.
◾ Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain outlet discipline and cleanliness
◾ Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the outlet level

Candidate must have experience in the outlet of Sanitary / Tiles / Ceramics

Salary bracket: 60k to 70k
Job Location: Adda Plot Lahore
Job Timings: 11 am to 8 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
