Customer Support Executive - Freshies Welcome

We are looking for an energetic and detail-focused person to join our team. Your main job will be to confirm customer orders, share information, and talk with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp chat. Freshies are welcome to apply if only you are energetic and willing to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Call customers to confirm their orders or reservations.
• Give clear and correct details about products, prices, availability, and delivery.
• Answer customer questions and solve problems to keep them satisfied.
• Keep proper records of customer calls and chats.
• Chat with customers on WhatsApp to respond to queries and provide support.
• Work with other team members to make customer service smooth and effective.
• Learn about products, company rules, and trends to give accurate information.
• Suggest extra products or services to customers when suitable.

Requirements

• Education: Matric/Intermediate or higher
• Fast typing speed
• Good communication skills in Urdu
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use software
• Office-based job (Empress Road, Shimla Pahari, Lahore)
• Timings: 11 AM – 7 PM or 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
