Customer Support Executive (UK Market)

Location: Onsite – Near Valencia / Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (aligned with UK hours)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist with Excellent/Outsanding English communication skills to handle client interactions for the UK market. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and experienced in dealing with international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client queries via calls, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with UK-based customers
  • Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines
  • Document customer interactions and maintain proper records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards
  • Handle and maintain CRM records
  • Meet performance KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience in client support or customer service roles
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken)
  • O/A Levels background is a plus
  • Neutral or UK accent preferred
  • Experience handling UK or international clients is highly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, onsite environment
  • Experience in reputable customer support/BPO companies in Pakistan
  • Prior experience in call centers or international support environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support systems

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
