Customer Support (Female) Australian time zone

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Female Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for our Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given time frame
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Provide product/service information and assist customers with their concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Requirements:

  • Female candidate (as per company requirement)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
  • Ability to work in Australian time zone (flexible with night/early morning shifts)
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer support or call center (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience dealing with international clients (especially Australian market)
  • Good listening skills and patience
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
