Customer Support Intern

We are currently hiring CS Interns for Customer Service department at warehouse in Korangi, Karachi. This internship offers hands-on experience with a clear opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.

1- Chat Support Intern

• Assist in responding to customer queries across digital platforms
• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication
• Maintain customer interaction records

2- Call Centre Support Intern

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Support daily call centre operations
• Assist with customer coordination and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s (preferred)
• Good communication skills (Urdu & English)
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs18,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
