Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to assist our customers via chat, email, and call support. The ideal candidate will be professional, patient, and solution-oriented, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with account-related, product, or service inquiries.
• Document and track customer interactions and issues accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to improving customer support processes and knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English and Urdu).
• Min Bachelors degree or if experienced then Intermediate would also work
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
