Two Shifts:

Morning: 11:00 a.m-11:00 p.m

Night : 11:00 p.m-11:00 a.m

Working Days: 5

Job Overview:
We are looking for Customer Support Representative who can perform the following tasks:

• Perform daily Control Room Operations
• Take Employees calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
• Shift confirmation messages from staff on daily basis
• Updates Employee duties times through Roster Management System
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
• Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Required training will be provided
