Customer Support Representative

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Chatting with customers via chat support.
• Solving customer queries like a pro (refunds, general questions, etc.)
• Making sure customers leave conversations feeling heard and respected
• Working with internal teams to fix issues quickly
• Keeping records of customer interactions and data
• Suggesting improvements because fresh ideas are always welcome here

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
• Strong communication skills (English is a must)
• Ability to multitask
• Calm personality — you don’t panic under pressure
• Tech-friendly (you can quickly learn CRMs, chats, dashboards, etc.)
• Responsible and reliable.

Location: PIA Road main boulevard near wapda town
Timings: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
