CP Tech International Ltd is seeking aggressive, results-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our international sales team. This is not just a support role—it is a high-energy position where you will be responsible for converting leads, retaining customers, and driving bulk sales across the UK, Europe, and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 60 connected calls per day to international leads and existing customers.
• Maintain a 40%–50% conversion rate by qualifying leads and closing sales professionally.
• Re-engage with inactive customers (90-day+ base) to regain loyalty and secure new orders.
• Manage a portfolio of active retail shops, ensuring consistent stock supply and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all orders are verified, use correct discount codes (10%-15%), and follow up with Trustpilot review links to maintain brand reputation.
• Maintain precise daily logs of all calls, leads, and orders in the company CRM.

Requirements

• Fluent English (verbal and written). Ability to communicate effectively with international clients (UK/Europe/UAE).
• Spanish language employees also required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, B2B sales, or CSR role preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and basic web tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and hit daily/monthly sales and visit targets.
• Punctual, disciplined, and highly organized.
