Bays International is actively looking for a Customer Support Representative for its E-commerce department The incumbent must be passionate about beauty and skilled in delivering top-tier support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
· Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges
· Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image
· Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, etc.) to resolve issues
· Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and policies
Requirements
· 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in E-commerce.
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Familiarity with online shopping platforms and CRM tools
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
