Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by providing exceptional administrative and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, professionally handling all inbound queries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Record, track, and diligently follow up on all customer queries and tasks in a timely manner to ensure resolution.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft/Google Word and Excel to create reports, maintain records, and manage data efficiently.
• Provide comprehensive support to supervisors and senior managers by assisting with their assigned tasks and projects.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Urdu, ensuring clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall office objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a coordination, customer support, or administrative role.
• Excellent command of both English and Urdu (written and verbal).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
