Customer Support Representative - Male

Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate product/service information.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate (equivalent experience accepted).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software/CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
