Customer Support Representatives

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate should be patient, empathetic, and have strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat professionally
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required
  • Meet quality, productivity, and response-time KPIs
  • Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused attitude

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools are a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
