Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

● Present Residence 41’s key features, amenities, and investment benefits clearly and convincingly over the phone.

● Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, website leads, and referrals to maximize conversion potential.

● Schedule appointments and property visits for the Sales Agents and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

● Meet or exceed individual monthly lead generation and call conversion targets assigned by the Line Manager.

● Build rapport with potential buyers to nurture interest and maintain a professional brand impression.

● Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market in Lahore, especially high-rise developments, to answer client queries effectively.

● Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to align messaging and follow-up strategies.

Requirements

● Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably within real estate or property development.

● Strong understanding of Lahore’s real estate market, especially the dynamics of high-rise and luxury projects.

● Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

● Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections professionally.

● Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed assigned KPIs. ● Proficiency with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
