Customer Service Representative (Life Back Taxes) ~ Female Staff
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PKT) – Fixed Night Shift
Saturday & Sunday OFF

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide detailed information about services, pricing, order placement, and tracking
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate logs in the CRM system
Identify recurring issues and escalate them to relevant departments for resolution
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company service standards
Stay informed about new product offerings and system updates to assist customers effectively.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or international phone-based customer support role is (Required)
Skills
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Confident in managing high-volume calls
Excellent active listening and customer handling abilities
Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
Fast typing and multitasking using CRM and support tools
Ability to work under pressure with professionalism
Well-organized with good time management skills
System, Timing & Contract Requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
