Role: Customer Support Specialist (Backend Operations)

Location : Mohali

Shift Timing : 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage backend tasks including appointment booking, load booking, coordination, and maintaining documentation for our US logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle appointment booking and load booking
• Perform backend coordination with internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and shipment records
• Support daily operational tasks and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely updates

Requirements:

• Experience in backend support/customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a night shift (US process)
