Customer Support Specialist

A Multinational company is hiring a #Customer_Support_Specialist


Job Description:


- Handling all orders, requests & inquiries received from our customers.

- Maintain good quality business relationship with our customer through good communication (Via phone / E-mails/Meetings).

- Responsible for solving all issues & problems related to customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

- Conducting a customer satisfaction survey to be able to monitor our performance & work on improving our service.

- Preparing a weekly report showing our sales situation for placed orders & compare it to our plan.

- Developing new items & contacting sister companies for better Lead-time & prices.


Job Details:


- Experience: 1-2 years

- English: fluent

- A bachelor degree holder

- Excellent office & email writing
